Hi,

Today I ate 165 gram of Cheezels, 1 cocolate muffin and 1 blueberry muffin (handmade, and super delicious) and a big glass of thick coffee for breakfast. A plate of chicken chop, 1/4 baked cheesy chicken rice for lunch and plain water. A big cup of Igloo ice-cream (chocolate nuts) for tea time and to kill my boredom.


I wonder when I can write this instead;
Today I ate sandwich (no mayonnaise, butter and cheese - just 2 slice of fresh leafy veggies) for breakfast. A plate of steam veggies for lunch. A cup of tea (no sugar added) for tea time. Reading book related to healthy diet to kill my boredom.
